It actually does!, well It helps get rid of them, once you apply it in the morning and every night you will see the difference it gives your skin. It will smooth it out, but it wont get rid of all of the acne, but it will help!! (:

∙ 9y agoAcne is a medical condition... cocoa butter isn't going to cause it. It could clog pores, which could lead to whiteheads, blackheads, etc., but the acne is already there.

Yes I have heard that Monistat 7 can cause hair growth due to the fact, it is a anti-fungal cream and fights the fungus that can be causing your hair not to grow. I haven't heard of Vaseline working. I think it will just clog pores.
