No. Sorry I believe it does. I've been intaking a cup of hotwater before every meal and after every meal and let me tell I've dropped about 15 pounds in 3 weeks...but I'm also walking after every meal for about 20min. The results are amazing...I feel fantastic!
no. we as humans dont like to drink warm water. so drinking it warm may decrease the amount you drink. so your weight may decrease, but its just water weight and youll probably be dehydrated. as far as losing body fat, no.
