It could be she just likes the ring or she isn't quite ready to start dating yet. Many women will wear a wedding band just to stave off men in bars, etc. Believe it or not some women actually go to bars just to have fun together and that doesn't always mean they are out scouting for men.
Give her a bit of time. Personally, I feel it's in bad taste if she has been dating you for quite sometime. It's best to communicate and let her know it bothers you. I was married before and I pawned my ring immediately. I just wanted to get on with my life.
