Does the Eastern Orthodox church believe in Justification by faith alone?

No, because The Bible tells us that faith by itself, without works, is dead. (James 2:17-20).

Faith alone cannot save a person. Both faith and good works are required. (James 2:14).

But then you can't build a doctrine on verses from one book. So you have to compare the book of James with other books in the Bible. If you do that then you will see that justification is by faith in Christ as a the lamb of God.

Rom 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Rom 3:24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

Rom 3:25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,
