Does the slimming tablets 'adios' work?

My friend has used Adios and has recommended them to me. However, he recommends them because they will 'clear my stomach'. He says that they contain lactose which is very helpful in digesting the food well. He claims that I will reduce 2-3 pounds in a week. The impression I am getting is that Adios will work to reduce first few pounds only (though it is only my perception, I am not sure!). I have just bought the first pack from Super drug. Let's see Adios contains bark of butternut tree. Butternut bark is a mild laxative, and acts on the lower bowel 4 to 8 hours after the herb is taken. Unlike other laxatives butternut bark does not cause cramping. It is also known to promote the release of bile by the liver, and assists the digestion of fats.

If you eat sugary foods or foods with non-complex carbohydrates such as potatoes and white bread, the food is absorbed rapidly and laxatives will not work to help to help weight loss. Alternatives to Adios include Caprelli which works to promote your metabolism.

i have tried ADIOS and not seen any results to state that they really work, tried them for 3 weeks with diet and exersise, and then another 3 weeks with no ADIOS and i lost more while not taking ADIOS???? total waste of money try the fruit and breakfast cereal diet as much as you want all day long and lose loads of weight......the healthy cereal not chocolate, all the ones that say they are good for weight lose
