it depends on if you are talking about CO2 pollution or others. coal is the number one pollutant of Co2 although current hydrogen power is just about as dirty as whatever is used to separate hydrogen from oxyen atoms.
It certainly can be. Electric power from Nuclear and hydro is very clean.
The energy source which Is dug out of the ground is called coal and is can be burnt to make electricity
The problem with wind energy is that it does not produce much electricity. Wind does not flow at all places. So having wind energy as a major source of electricity is not a option.
Electricity is a secondary energy source which means it is produced from primary energy sources such as oil, gas, nuclear energy, wind, coal, solar, etc. It may be called an energy carrier.
Yes, radium is a source of nuclear energy. Its just not the sort of energy that we can easily convert into other forms, such as electricity.
Wind energy is recovered by changing wind energy to electricity
Hydro-electricity is a clean source of energy. It is because energy is harnesses from flowing water. It does not cause pollution.
The term clean source of energy refers to only primary energy sources as wind or solar energy. Electricity, by definition, is not a primary energy source. It is a secondary energy source that is could be produced by a clean energy source as wind or any renewable primary energy source or produced by fossil energy source as oil, natural gas, or coal.
Electricity by itself is fairly clean; but whatever process is used to generate the electricity may cause pollution. You simply don't get electricity out of nothing, you need to convert some other type of energy to electricity.
Geothermal energy is used to generate electricity. It is a clean green energy source with no emissions when it is running.
Nuclear energy is a very clean source of electricity. There are no pollutants put into the air, and it is very efficient.
noelectricity is a source of energy
Printer get its energy from the electricity because it is run by electricity.
Nuclear energy is clean. It is the cleanest source of energy we have.
Electricity is the source of energy in a light bulb.
While there are no electricity sources that are one hundred percent clean for the environment, nuclear energy is close to the top of best energy sources. While nuclear energy will give a radioactive material, there are no dangerous air emissions, because nuclear energy gives off steam.
Electricity , as a secondary source of energy, is easy to transport and easy to be converted at end energy use point to energy the form needed (as in lighting, heating, industry, transportation, etc.). Electricity by itself as secondary energy source is environmentally clean secondary energy source. Pollution caused by its production depends on the type of the used primary source (coal, oil, gas, nuclear energy, wind, etc.) However, electricity is usually produced in thermal power plants at efficiency less than 50%. So, it is expensive high grade secondary energy source.
