The ethical issues of a business are the fundamental principles that apply in a business. The most basic ones are integrity and honesty among others.
The business environment impacts a business because managers have to make decisions based on what is going on around them. If the environment is fiercely competitive, then… the business would have to respond appropriately.
How do different business organizations operate in the global legal environment and how do domestic and global legal issues impact the various business structures?
Business organizations: * sole proprietorship * general partnership * for profit, non-profit corporation * franchises Research these four organizations… because there are way too many to list the legal issues.
The impact a political-legal environment can have on business can cause so many craters so as to make that business look like the moon. It was a political-legal environment th…at gave birth to the corporate personhood doctrine and that gave rise to the corporate world we live in today. Political-legal environments can only hope to regulate markets, and market regulations will most certainly have profound impacts on business organizations. An example of the kind of bone headed impact a political-legal environment can have on a business one need look no further than American auto makers, the electric car and California. For whatever reasons, several of the auto manufacturers in the United States began developing electric cars which they leased to satisfied customers. Then, California decided it would be a good idea to mandate to American auto makers that if they expected to sell their cars in California they would have to invent some new technology reducing carbon dioxide. Presumably, California expected to see an increase of electric cars being sold by auto makers. What happened is quite the opposite and the auto makers took a hard look at their electric car program, uncertain how to market a "clean vehicle" without admitting the piston engine vehicles are dirty, realizing that much of the profit from a piston engine vehicle comes with the replacement of parts and not so with electric cars and finally, realizing that a State, not even the State of California can make them build technology they don't have, nor can any state even make them keep building the technology they do have, and so, the auto makers killed their own electric car program and this was the impact of a political-legal environment.

• (Market-related) strong competition, expansion of global markets, electronic markets blooming on the Internet, innovative marketing methods, opportunities for outsourc…ing with IT support, and need for real time on-demand transactions • (Consumer demand-related) wanting customization, wanting quality, diversity of products, and speed of delivery, and customers becoming powerful and less loyal • (Technology-related) more innovations, new products and services, obsolescence rate is increasing, information overload is increasing • (Societal) growth of government regulations and deregulation are growing, work force becoming more diversified, older, and composed of more women; homeland security and terrorist attacks are prime concerns; compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other reporting-related legislation is a must; social responsibility of companies is increasing.

Employee communications can be monitored more easily through email checks. Social networking can play a big part and this can be bad more often than good.
Political Issues cause a problem in Ghana. Funding isn't happening here in Britain or America so a lot of money isn't been funded to charities such as an African charity and t…he fact that people are not getting much money so they are investing or saving so they will not appeal as much to charities in some of the villages in Africa.
Mostly political policies are found to be liberal for business organisation because business organisation helps in accelerating the economic development of a country. Nowadays… governments of developing countries are giving liberal policies like relaxation in taxes for impressing business organisation to invest in their countries.
In organizational communication, ethics in leadership are very important. Business leaders must make decisions that will not only benefit them, but also they must think about …how the other people will be affected (Stansbury 33). The best leaders make known their values and their ethics and preach them in their leadership style and actions. It consists of communicating complete and accurate information, where there is a personal, professional, ethical, or legal obligation to do so (McQueeney 165). When practicing ethics, you gain the respect and admiration of employees, with the satisfaction of knowing you did the right thing. If you never make clear what you want, and expect, then it can cause mistrust.

Ethics are actually set of moral values that span across the world; however, ethics vary depending on the culture you are dealing with. The concept of Business Ethics has not …been around much, until recently corporate realized that only profit is not what matters for survival. As I mentioned about the deep relationship between culture and ethics, Business ethics do have a deep impact on a Global Level. Corporate firms functioning on different spheres and parts of the globe have Business Ethics depending on the culture of their prospective destination. It is based on the ethics and principles followed by the firm that determines their treatment of society and its environmental resources. However, the thing works other way round too as there are several environmental and cultural factors that have a long-term effect on Business Ethics.
