Explain what the red shift in the background radiation from the big bang tells us?

Based on numerous theories they said that the universe was created by the big bang.
So based on that theory i will give you your answer.
They said that after the big bang radiant energy have been spread at the end of the universe and it's the snow or hiss that has this static sound when you turn on your TV and there are black and white dots...
I personally believe that the beginning of the universe started a bit differently. But to simplify Hubble's law,it's been said that it got created by something that exploded and spread pieces all around cosmos. Earth moon sun e.t.c are pieces from the original "thing" that exploded and
they say that the universe expands like a shock wave.
Just tried to simplify as much as i could the theory.

I think the background radiation is different from the Stars' red shift. The Stars' red shift may be due to (1) the Universe moving away from Earth, or (2) from the Universe expanding, or (3) from the fact that stars are "gravity holes" and light escaping from a gravity hole is red shifted. I know the third reason is true.
