You get the water can (Wailmer Pail) from a girl in the flower shop on route 104. It's the first building you see after exiting the Petalburg Woods.

Assuming Liquid Crystal is a fake Pokemon game, I don't know, but in the regular game it evolves by means of trade.
Machoke only evolves when you trade it using the Game Link Cable. Find somebody who you want to trade it with, then trade back.
Basically its a firered/leafgreen ROM hack but with 2nd generation stuff.
You could download it here:

This is the main website for liquid crystal:

It is on the right side of the right painting on the first floor.
No, you get a soothe bell from the man in radio tower. I'm stuck myself on how to get the clear bell.
Pichu evolves when its happiness level is high. I'm not joking, that's a true answer. To get Pichu happy enough to evolve, all you need to do is win a lot of battles. Walking 512 steps will boost Pichu's happiness by one, even if fainted. When it does faint, its happiness goes down by one. Using any powder, root, or herb will decrease its happiness. Leveling up or challenging gyms/Elite Four does increase happiness. Using vitamins or grooming is another way of increasing happiness. The amount of happiness that increases goes down as it gets more happy. For instance, when its happy is from 0 to 99, it gets the most. 100 to 199, medium, and 200 to 255, the least. It gets harder to make your Pokemon happy as it goes, but trust me, as a veteran Pokemon trainer, it is indeed worth it.
the gameshark cheats for Pokemon fire red work on Pokemon liquid crystal because it's the exact same game type it's just a hack of Pokemon fire red
=D
Aw I'm sorry but Haunter can only, and ONLY evolve thru trade. Their is no other way. Sorry man but hey at least you've been raising a haunter so when you find someone willing to trade and tradeback with you, it will be a strong gengar.
you find slowpoke in slowpoke well in azalea town but its very rare
Liquid Crystal is a fanmade hack of Firered, so if you aim to use Gameshark codes, you should use codes from the US release of Firered Version. I've tried a couple just for fun, since I've never been able to use a Gameshark before, and those codes I have tried work perfectly. Most, if not all, codes that work for the US version of Firered should work in Liquid Crystal. As far as I know, codes from Crystal Version will not work for it, since it's a different game and system. You might get something off of a cheat code by some stroke of luck, but it likely won't be what you intended to do. Of course, I wouldn't know how similar the codes may be between the GBC and GBA, but I would personally just use the codes from Firered to be safe. Just be careful which codes you use as some could really glitch up or freeze your game.
