Catfish Hunter.
The name was most likely derived from the nickname of a famous baseball pitcher who was one of only 17 players (at the time the movie was made) to pitch a perfect game (May 8, 1968, against the Minnesota Twins). Hunter played for the Kansas City/Oakland Athletics from 1965-1974, then for the Yankees from 1975-1979. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1987.
turtles need to swim, live, everything in water and toads need water but don't live in it. . . . . Also the turtle could possibly eat the toad depending on size hahaha
Cats can eat tuna with water it is just adding something nonpoisonous to a food cats can eat.
Yes. Some catfish do prefer moving water such as a river or stream, but most species are able to survive in ponds or lakes.
They do not need a heated tank as long as your temperature will naturally stay over 70 degrees which it most likely will. If it does not I would invest in a heater.
I don't think so because they can't hear they feel the vibrations the sounds make on the ground and water which generly scares fish
Yes! In fact, catfish are the only animals who sport an odd number of whiskers.
Flathead catfish commonly know as "yellow cat" or "mud cat" are predatory fish and will consume bass, bream, shad, crayfish and will often feed on it's own kind. The young rely more extensively on aquatic insects and crayfish than do the adults. Large flatheads sometimes congregate where food is plentiful such as near tail races of dams. They often feed at the surface or in shallow water at night, returning to their residence in a hole or brush pile to rest during the day. They rarely eat dead or decaying matter. That's all I know. Hope I helped:)
Not long. There skin needs to stay moist. They do not travel far away from water.
No. Buffalo fish is native of North America and carp is native of Asia. Although they are commonly confused for the other, buffalo and carp, are not related of species.
German Carp are yellow to green in color with small whiskers at the corner of their mouths.
Asian Carp are silver with scales like shad.
Grass Carp which are a type of Asian carp are more greenish yellow with large scales like the buffalo.
Buffalo are light brown to black depending on the color water
with large scales there are three types of buffalo.
Same colors just different body shape.

Corydoras as a species are omnivorous. They will eat most things but they will not eat the same things (eg zucchini) that a vegetarian fish like a Pleco will eat. Corys really enjoy a good feed of live tubifex.
