From experience, no it cannot. I once left two cups of frozen yogurt in my car for two weeks after an accident and when I was in the process of cleaning out my car I found the two cups and they were hard as rock, still the same color they were when I got them. Amazing how things work.

I dont know but why dont u buy some and then leave it sit until it thaws and tally either days, minutes, hours, weeks or even seconds.
