No way. Even though One Tree Hill was casted in the same setting as Dawsons Creek it is a completely different tv show, fresh characters, feelings, drama and relationships that intrigue the audience and fans from Season 1- Season 9
His long term boyfriend at the end of the series is Doug Witter, Pacey's brother and Capeside Sheriff. At the end of the finale they agree to spend their lives together and raise Jen's baby together.
Previous to that he dated private schoolboy Ethan in series 3, who dumped him for his ex, Toby the activist in series 4 and the beginning of series 5, before they split due to Jack's frat, Eric the closeted frat boy at the end of series 5, who dumped him for someone else, and David, a fellow student, in series 6 who dumps him for talking to another guy.
