The wobbling is most likely caused by either 1 or more tires out of balance and/or a bent rim. Has car been loaned out? Usually when its a bent rim car owners remember loaning out car. Car borrowers usually hit a curb or two. Black smoke upon ignition, decreasing oil and gas mileage is more than likely caused by bad valve and/or bad piston rings. Best bet do compression test to find problem cylinder. If compression test comes out o.k. for all cylinders. Most likely need valve seals. In edition to above symptons if car has many miles and loss of power it's more than likely the rings are bad. Must check compression. Re-submit results.
