Yes, the Tuskeegee airmen is one example They also made a deal with the Japanese to look the other way after the cold blooded atrocities that were committed in China in the name of scientific investigation if they were given the documentation on these activities. I guess the Chinese didn't have the same importance as the victims of Europe had.
