Well the CIA haven't infiltrated me. If they come to pay me a visit I'll tell you all about it on WikiAnswers. I suspect the CIA have bigger fish to fry, if they haven't then they it really doesn't matter, does it. Gosh, how important would I feel to be spoken to by someone in a trenchcoat & dark glasses.... lol I don't know about the CIA, but the previous Government of Australia led by John Howard did. It has since been discovered that his staff actually sanitized, altered, added "spin", and deleted 'WikiAnswers' entries that were politically-incorrect, not pro-Government, "too close to the bone", inconvenient,or embarrassing. This was done thousands of times by many staff during work so it was definitely officially-sanctioned government policy. If one government can do it, so can others;and I think anyone would believe anything of the CIA. It's called censorship. (The Liberal government was defeated by Kevin Rudd [Labor] in November 2008).
Context clues such as surrounding words, the tone of the sentence, or related details can help you understand that "infiltrated" means to pass surreptitiously into or through a place. For example, "The hacker infiltrated the company's database" implies unauthorized access, whereas "The spy infiltrated the enemy base" implies stealthy entry.
Maybe.
