Some top schools including Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne in Switzerland and Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration have a finance/business focus. Students are expected to enter the hotel management program with a little prior work experience in the hospitality industry, and will be building upon such experience through internships during school holidays.
