Fungal endspores are those that reproduce while the bacterial endospores are those that do not reproduce, and these endospoes of the fungi reproduces both sexually and asexually. Fungal spores are more sensitive to heat than bacterial endospores. Fungal spores can be killed at 60 C. The endospores of Bacillus can stand 100 C. It takes 121 C in the autoclave to sterilize things.

These is nothing similar, first of all bacteria do not produce spores. Bacteria can be transferred from one human to another (syphillis), through the air, and by food (food poisoning). Bacterial cell divides equally into two, following a replication of its DNA. The cell wall and cytoplasm of the bacteria also splits to produce the two cells. Bacteria are able to reproduce (by binary fission ) every 20 min. Bacteria are all unicellular.

On the other hand fungi produce spores. Fungi grow in damp places such as leather, dung, bread etc. Fungi can be both microscopic unicellular (yeast) or multicellular (mushrooms). Fungi bud off ad create spores, unlike bacteria which divide from cell into two.

Bottom line; bacteria and fungi are 2 totally different organisms that live all around us, on our skin, in our intestines, in alcohol, and the food we eat. Some are harmful some are not.
