8-12 feet but the average is 6 feet long
with females generally being larger in both length and girth than males. As such, the average size of a mature female boa is between 7–10 feet (2.1–3.0 m), whilst it is 6–8 feet (1.8–2.4 m) for the males.[6] It is common for female individuals to exceed 10 feet (3.0 m), particularly in captivity, where lengths of up to 12 feet (3.7 m) or even 14 feet (4.3 m) can be seen.[7] A report of a Boa constrictor growing up to 18.5 feet (5.6 m) was later found to be a misidentified green anaconda.[8]
Newly hatched babies are 15-20 inches long.
You mean, newly born? Boas, unlike pythons, give live birth. The eggs hatch inside the mother. Also it depends on the boa. A green anaconda baby is about 2ft., while a Kenyan sand boa baby is about 4-6 inches. Baby red tail boas are on average about a foot.
The biggest I've ever heard of was 13', but they average 5'-9' depending subspecies and locale, and I am not sure if the snake was actually as large as 13'. 10' is within the realm of possibility, especially when a Boa constrictor constrictor is involved. There are Boa constrictor imperator locales that only average 3'-5' as adults!
The largest boa on the planet is the green anaconda. The female can reach lengths up to thirty feet and weigh around three hundred pounds.
It depends which species of Boa you're referring to. The Sand boa rarely exceeds 18 inches (1/2 a metre) in length, whereas the Anaconda tops the tape at around 25 feet (8 metres) or more !
the largest boa constrictor ever found measured 18ft 5.5meters.
