If it's 3.5 years later, that would make it around fall? It might be too late for spring semester, but you can still apply for the fall semester. I think your best bet would be to go personally to the admissions office (if you can, otherwise call) and ask what your first steps will be. You'll need records of your high school graduation, and they'll give you information on financial help and the forms you need to fill out.
