Answer Challenging authority, becoming an individual, sticking up for what one believes, feeling misunderstood, spoiled, etc.
Well, most of the time, they don't do it on purpose. Either they don't know the facts about sex and birth control, and they mistakenly believe they can't get pregnant when th…ey can (like, they think you can't get pregnant the first 10 days after your period, for example, or they think you can't get pregnant if the woman is on top during sex), or they just don't believe it could ever really happen to them. Or, they use condoms, but the condoms break. Or, they forget to take their birth control pills. Or, they pass out drunk at a party and get date-raped. Or they get raped some other way. And some teenage girls do get pregnant on purpose. Usually they have emotional problems, and they think that having a baby will solve these problems. Maybe they never got enough love and support from their parents, and they think that if they start a family of their own, they can replace what they never had. Or they are in love with a boy, and they think that getting pregnant will make him stay with them and get married to them. Or they simply have absolutely no idea how much work and responsibility having children is.
They take a pregnancy test. or if u dont get ur period

Girls want a family as much as guys want new cars. They look very nice from the window but 9 times out of 10 when there's something that needs to be fixed it gets put off. Sim…ply means that they want to to feel important. To much TV theses days children watch TV shows always a happy family with happy kids in a nice big house making a nice fat weekly check with the 2 car garage and 3 vehicles even though only 2 can drive. TV always wants to show you that no matter what happens the best will always comes out which isn't fact. They want maximum enjoyment with little work. Its only once they have a child do they realize how hard it is. They feel if they don't have the newest cars, the hottest bf/gfs, or newest phones then there not successful. They use theses things to blind themselves of reality. Look at my nice car my nice phone my nice etc.. Life must be so good for me. There young and immature. You shouldn't make any major life decisions until you are in your 30s at least then you kinda know what you want from life.
by having unprotected sex

Can a father sue if a girl is pregnant with his baby and the girls parents are keeping him from her and the baby?
If you live in the US, at this point there's nothing he can do. After the child is born he has the right to go to court (if it's necessary) to establish paternity and obtain v…isitation. Note that his rights extend only to the child, not the child's mother. So, he has no right to see his minor girlfriend if her parents don't allow it, and no court will order her parents to allow it.
i am 18 i have a 2 yr. i dint get to live my life right , i don't regret my son but i did wish i would of waited but its also really hard ...

Usually, the parents will ask questions like "HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!?!?" "WHO GOT YOU PREGNANT!?" sometimes the mother breaks down crying and the father leaves the room.
I don't, because they might not love each other. So making your daughter unhappy and ruining her life and also bringing the child up in a bad atmosphere because there has to b…e love in the family for it to work.
In Brisbane in 1958 if a girl got pregnant at 16 and her parents disowned and she wanted to keep the baby. Where could she go to give birth. Were their special clinics teenagers could go to?
they usually went to small shacks and private doctors would do the surgery, it was risky with high death rates. Sometimes the girl would put her hand up her area and rip the c…hild out to avoid embarressment
The reason to this is most likly becase the teen is probably still in shock and also fears that the parent(s) will shun them. Addendum: The "fear" others may perceive i…s likely the outward expression of guilt or shame. The child may believe they have betrayed the parent or let them down somehow. She may feel she has done something wrong. Then again, they may have past experience of the parents' anger and they may actually be afraid of that.
A woman of any age could get pregnant as a result of sex duringmenstruation. A woman can only get pregnant if she has sex during the fertilephase of her menstrual cycle; when… she ovulates and when there isfertile cervical mucus present. Typically women will ovulate 14days before/after menstruation, there will only be a viable eggpresent for up to 48 hours. However her body will produce mucusabout a week before ovulation that helps keep sperm alive for up to7 days. During menstruation a woman will not ovulate - the egg from theprevious cycle is long dead, and the egg from the current cycle hasyet to be released - however if she has a short menstrual cycle shemay have fertile quality cervical mucus present. Thus sperm fromsex during her period could live up to 7 days, by which time shemay ovulate. Birth control should always be used to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
What are the rights of the parents of a 14 year old pregnant girl when she decides to keep the baby?
That varies from state to state. In pretty much all cases the pregnant teen can decide to keep the baby and cannot be compelled to terminate the pregnancy. Most states will… allow the teen to decide to terminate the pregnancy but there is a lot of variation in terms of whether the parents have to be notified or also consent. Many states consider the teen to be "emancipated" meaning they can make healthcare decisions for themselves and their baby.
