As soon as someone is experiencing cyber bulling by being the victim, they should tell someone as soon as they know its happening. Even if they think they can deal with it on their own, they need to tell someone because you may regret it. Another way to stop cyber bullying from happening is by parents looking on their children's facebook, msn, twitter, etc. That's so that the child knows if they are experiencing it or they are doing it they will either stop because there parents will know or tell someone they are getting bullied as someones going to find out anyway.
