Grated Cheddar 50g 1. To prepare the Meat Sauce, fry the Mince Beef and Onion until brown.
2. Stir in the Stock, Garlic, Tomatoes and Mushrooms (sliced).
3. Cook for about an hour until thick and rich.
4. If necessary add 2 tablespoons of Cornflour dissolved in a small amount of cold water to thicken.
5. Grease an oven proof dish.
6. To make the Bechamel sauce, melt the Butter, stir the Flour in and add the Milk,
stirring until thickened.
7. Grate the Cheese and add. Add seasoning to taste.
8. Layer the ingredients repeatedly, starting with the Meat Sauce, then the Lasagne, ending with the Bechamel Sauce.
9. Sprinkle some Parmesan Cheese on top and bake in the oven at 400F / 200C / Mark 6 for about 45 minutes.
10. Serve with Parmesan Cheese. Serves 4-6. Hope it works
First, choose which kind of pasta, there are 2 types, one that has to be boiled, or the other that you just use as is. Have your favorite sauce ready, and not too spicy. Use an oven deep dish. First, spread some sauce on the bottom of the greased dish/pan, then a layer of pasta, then another of sauce, then layer of cottage or ricotta soft cheese, (beat 1 egg and add cottage cheese and pepper) now, layer of sliced mozerella cheese, then layer of pasta, repeat above 2 more times ending with the meat sauce. Sprinkle grated parmassen cheese to cover the top and some grated mozerella if you want. Now bake. 350 degrees F, about 40 minutes or so, let stand 15 minutes before you dig in. If you'd like you can add some pepperoni (whatever amount you like).
Lasagna is baked pasta with sauce and cheese. It often contains meat but can certainly be vegetarian with excellent results. The pasta (large, thin but wide, lasagna noodles) are usually boiled in salted water until tender. They're drained and placed in a large lasagna pan in a single layer. A tomato sauce with spices is then poured over the top and layered with cheese and additional vegetables (the sauce can contain meat if you prefer). The process is repeated until the layers reach the top edge of the pan. It is then covered with additional grated cheese and placed in a hot oven to bake. Depending on the size of the lasagna, baking should be at approximately 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Lasagna with meat sauce is made with fried ground beef cooked in tomato sauce. Make plenty of sauce. You can't have too much.
Start by putting some meat sauce, to cover, and then layering the cooked lasagna noodles, one at a time, on the surface of a pan that has been sprayed with Pam. The pan needs to be is large enough to make the traditional lasagna. After the sauce and one layer of lasagna noodles, add more sauce, then mozzarella and some grated Romano cheese, then a layer of (part skim milk) ricotta cheese, . Then repeat that procedure until the pan is full. Bake no higher than 350*, or your cheese will curdle. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the lasagna is starting to bubble. Then take it out of the oven and let it sit for 20 minutes, to set the ingredients. Cutting it too soon will cause it to get watery and seep. Cut it into wedges, put one wedge on each plate and put some hot meat sauce on top. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley for color and flavor.

Done the same way as above, but add slices of sausage, meatballs or various vegetables
in between the layers of lasagna noodles. Zucchini, summer squash, chopped broccoli, grated carrot, etc. are used for vegetables.
Make a sauce without meat. You can use spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, or any vegetable you like. Get the non boil lasagna noodles and cheese. I always start with a jar of sauce and add wine as the liquid, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of sugar ( it cuts the acid and makes the sauce really nice) and vegetables. I cook it down. I, then, take the non boil noodles and layer it in a dish with sauce and cheese until all of the sauce is finished. Top with cheese and bake until done.

Cook in a dutch oven. Do not need to boil lasagna noodles first.

You can't make lasagna using cashews for filling instead of cheese because cheese is a major portion of the dish. You can substitute the cashews for the meat in any lasagna recipe.
