How can the war in Afghanistan be won?

The war could be won very quikly if we used diffrent stratagies. To win the war in Afghanistan we have to take a realist aproache to our valuation on human rights.

Here is how the could be won.

1. Give all anti taliban vilages and towns guns and money. supply the amo for the guns and the money in small weekly instalments to ensure continued loyalty.

2. Have huge bountys on the heads of talban and alqueada leaders. like in the wild west the government dose not have the ablity to mentain a large police force so pay locals to do it for you.

3. encorage people to move to difrent areas this will move the pashtu group which larley support the talban in the east all over the country making them a minority and so less of athreat .

4. In any pro talban town kill or arrest all the vilage elders for colaberating.

5. If a IED kills an allied solider kill a vilage elder from every local village as an example.

6. If a village remains pro taliban after all the elders are dead completley destroy it then line up all the younge men and kill one in ten of them , this is called decimation the Romans did it on units of the army wich ran away.

7. If the taliban are based in a urban area and the military is faced with two options bomb it and kill civilians or send it troops wich might die . just bomb it because why should soldiers risk there lives liberating afgans if the afgans are doing nothing to liberate them selves.

8. Employ as many afgans as possible to build very wide concreate roads. this will mean veichals and troops will be at less risk from IEDs and if the afgans have jobs they will jot be a target for recuitment by terrorists.

9. Increase the number of troops the American army for instance almost out numbers the afgan population if it was all deployed the taliban would not stand a chance also force NATO countrys like France and Germany to send more troops because even though ther armys are bigger than the british they have lost just over a tenth of the men.

10. giv Afghanistan to India. India will love it because it will encircle Pakistan and India is big enough to exert control over the area and dose not have the same scruples over human rights as us.

this is how the war could be wrong however it is ileagal and i do not suggest this should be done.
