LondonFog.com under Contact lists 212-597-4750. Follow the prompts and get to the luggage person (I pressed 1-4-1). She is sending me a form and all I have to do is reply and they'll send me a new comparable piece. My problem is a handle that doesn't retract. VERY SIMPLE AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

Hello How do I send you my information along with pictures of new luggage that I just purchased? After 1 use the zipper as many have shared is a mess. I like my rose gold but I do find it very displeasing that a new suitcase needs to be purchased since this is not a chance I desire to take with a messy zipper and my personal property being all over the airport.
