Why should it be that much of an issue? wait until you're 18, then you can wear anything you want.
BTW, many people think they're gay. It's part of the culture of the older generations. You will not be able to change their perceptions and they will not be able to change yours. Why not live with their requirements for a little longer then you can do as you please.
