You may be self conscious about your height, but there is nothing you can do about it if it is in your genes to be shorter than you want. Things that will stunt your growth: drugs, extreme diet changes (people in sports often eat a lot, then starve, then eat, etc), extreme training for any sport (you will notice gymnist girls are often very flat chested and short), and malnutrition.
To get your maximum height for your genes, take a good multi-vitamin which has 100% daily value of everything (read the labels), eat right, and exercise.
