Give him/her some toys to play with or a secure drink to keep them happy! Good luck!
Stay near your child, or if you can't, get either your two older childre, (Daughter & son), or your child's favorite male and female caretakers. This way, your child will have a set of handsome male, and beautiful female nipples to nurse on, and play with. :)

not sure of exact age but if child is in a child seat it's a better idea to keep them in the back to avoid airbag injuries.
Make sure it is safely placed so it is not wiggly and close the seat belt! :)

It depends on where you live and whether you are involved in a car accident, moving violation that pertains to unsafe conditions or "just a child safety seat violation". If you get a safety seat violation that does not involve injury to the child you will be fined. In the event there is a MVA or moving violation involving unsafe driving that resulted in injury or death to the child you can be charged with neglect or manslaughter. Just keep your kids in a safety seat, it is safer for the child and for other motorists; by allowing you to drive undistracted by a child moving around in your vehicle.

Using a car seat for your children is the best way to protect your child in a car. If your child is under two years old, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend your child should ride the car rear facing. Make sure the person fastened the safety seat belt of the child in the car seat before driving the car. Always check the car seat labels for weight and height restrictions.

Some safety concerns that have to be taken into account when buying a child seat include selecting the appropriate seat heat, ensuring that the child seat fits the vehicle, and also the type of material used to manufacturer the child seat.
Not necessarily. If I child is smaller than 1.30 metres it should be seated in a child seat. If not, than an own seat is not obligatory
That depends on how old of a child. If the child is in a car seat or booster seat, then no. Studies and actual accidents have shown that children and infants can be beheaded in the front seat if airbags deploy. The child needs to be buckled in the back seat, center if possible.
