What would you like to do?
I think if you eat healthy like salad without dressing or things with low fat oh and exercise and drink lots of water you should lose those 10lbs! good luck! Answer It's an unhealthy way to go and I suggest you go to a proper spa and have a body wrap done. This will take inches off, but not forever, but it will last for the event you are going to.

It is possible to lose 10 pounds in a week, but it is not healthy to do. Many people tend to lose quite a bit the first week into a diet due to losing water weight.
NO! There is absolutely no way that you could do that. Your body needs at least 2000 calories a day (assuming you do absolutely exercise) which is 14,000 a week. There a…re 3,500 calories in a pound and 52,500 in 15 pounds. In order to create a deficit of 52,500 pounds you would need to burn 7,500 calories a day which is impossible. Yes you can. BUT it's not healthy. Your body isn't meant to lose that much weight that fast. I did a boot camp at a martial arts gym and 15 pounds was how much people were losing in 10 weeks, but that was with eating right, and working out 6 days a week for an hour. We would alternate upper body M, W, & F with lower body (i.e. Upper body on Monday, Lower on Wednesday, Upper on Friday, and Lower on Monday, etc). We did kickboxing on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Yes, you can do anything you set your mind to. And it seems like you would be loosing it slowely, which is a good thing. So just keep at it.
it's simple. eat breakfast so you have enough energy to go through the day. then do a lot of exercise. 20 push-ups and 50 sit-ups, take a rest, 20 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, so on… and so forth. I lost 5 pounds in a day so HA! Okay you can do that or you can try my option. Sure I didn't loose 5 pounds a day like this person but it works for my sister and I. At 16 I had a small amount of excess belly. In the mornings i would eat almost nothing, a small Nature Valley bar. The fat and calories were very small if nothing. For lunch I would eat very little only enough to keep me going. After about 2 days of eating like this my stomach was used to it. Dinner was the usual I just tried not to go over how much I ate. By eating only what I needed I was not starving, but I was loosing weight fast. I personally lost 11.4 pounds from Monday to Sunday. Every one is different so if you loose only 9 pounds it is still working for you.
It depends on how much you weigh
NOBODY of ANY age can lose more than 1-2lbs a week. Do not even try!
You would have to exercise everyday, for about 1 hour,
I have a friend who skips breakfast and lunch, and he is pretty overweight. I have tried to tell him skipping meals will cause him to gain weight, but he claims he is losing i…t. Skipping meals causes you to become very hungry, and to overeat at your next meal. Many people don't believe this will happen, but sadly, it will.
that is very unhealthy. but if your going to try anyways probably the safest way is to eat only raw vegetables, nuts and water. eat very small meals about every two hours and …try to be as active as possible. don't just do one long workout, try to do multiple workouts throughout the day, keep moving literally all the time for the whole week. also make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day. get a solid 8 hours of sleep each night.
by excersing like sit ups push ups 25% or belly ups
The only way you can lose 10 pounds in a week is but cutting out 35,000 calories a week, which is almost impossible. Because there are 3500 calories in one pound that means yo…u have to starve for a week and burn 10,500 calories in that week. So, that goal is pretty impossible because by the third day you would probably feel like you are about to faint or actually faint while working out. You would not have the energy required. A more reachable goal is 10 pounds in a month. You could work out for about a hour every day in that month and cut down your calorie intake to about no more than 1500 calories a day. This would be hard but perhaps not unreachable.
You don't, unless you get violently ill. 2-3 lbs is a much more realistic goal.
While it does depend upon your body size and condition, the only way to lose more than a pound per day if by losing water weight. Everyone's body retains water to some degree.… By refraining from salt and anything with salt in it, your body will lose water weight. One pound is equal to 3,500 calories. The average person, if they eat nothing every day, cannot lose 3,500 calories per day (meaning 1 pound). But, they can lose excess water weight. Women tend to have more retained water weight than men. A 150 pound woman can lose as much as 10 pounds in 1 week with most being water weight, and a 200 pound man can do the same. This first week of 10 pounds of weight loss is not a part of losing body fat, as only a small portion of the weight loss will be body fat.
That would be unhealthy! It's pretty unrealistic. I suggest 10 lbs in a month. You should aim for a pound a week and nothing more. Its a slow process but u can do it!
well inside thhe earth there aare four layers which if u dig 3000 kilometers down you would losse not 10 but 1000 pounds.
