How can you rekindle the flame of an ex girlfriend after they broke up with you and you messed up being friends with them and now they tell you you must earn back their friendship and trust?

- It depends what kind of relationship you have with him/her that you like. To re-kindle and old flame keep in touch with the person. Just keep having healthy conversations with them. Soon the old flame WILL re-kindle if it is meant to be. Let your fears go and tell him/her how you really feel. If that doesn't ignite the flame, nothing will.
- When you have broken the bond of trust with an ex then it is difficult to earn it back. Time does heal and remind her that people are only human and can make mistakes, but learn from their mistakes so here is hoping you have learned from the mistake you made. In time hopefully she will realize how much you care for her and will start trusting you again.
