If you want to turn the tables on the bully, bring the dialog, the words, the photos into the "open public domain". You as a victim are not bound by the same need for secrecy as the bully perpetrator. The bully will disappear from the internet very quickly.
The stakes are very high, but then remember the bully does not care if hurt, injury, depression or suicide occur. You are playing for your life here, and sadly some victims of bullying to resort to violence to protect themselves - and subsequently wind up facing the legal system. Dance the line of defamation of the bully, not of manslaughter or murder.
