∙ 12y agoThere are 3 simple steps to stop itching yourself:
1) Put anti-itch creme or spray on the places that itch. (If this doesn't work in around 20-30 minutes, try other cremes/sprays.)
2) Distract yourself. Find something that should distract you from itching. If this toy only uses one hand, than get something squishy and put it in your other hand. Now, SQUEEZE IT!
3) If you do this for a while the itching should stop, or you should at least forget about it. IF it doesn't stop, do anything; watch TV while taped down to a couch or bed, or read a book, I SWARE, i mean anything!
