You will need to open up the disk management window on you computer. To do this open up the control panel and search for "partition" then click the link that says "Create and format hard disk partitions". From here you can view and modify all the partitions on any disk on your computer.
If the computer has a windows operating system and the hard disk has more than one partition, My Computer or Windows Explorer will show each partition as a local drive.
For instance, if you have two partitions, My Computer or Windows Explorer will show partition #1 as Local drive c:\, and partition #2 as local drive d:\, and will bump the CD or DVD drive to the next available letter, in this case e:\, and so on.
MBR has 4 primary partitions at most or 3 primary partitions and an extended partition.
There are videos on youtube which tell you how to convert your old hard drive into a new hard drive.
Depending on how big your hard drive is. You can go to "My computer" on your laptop or PC and then right click and go to properties and then a screen will pop up and it will tell you how many bytes it has. :)
Unless you tell me the current format of your current data, your operating system, and something about your hard drive, I can not tell you how to transfer your data.
I don't know, you tell me!
No. A L:iveCD will not even touch the hard drive unless you tell it to.
If you are using Windows, go to 'My Computer', right click your hard drive, click Properties and you will be shown the information for your hard drive (Note that this will tell you how much in gigabytes (gb). 1024 megabytes = 1 gigabyte).
If you can still your hard drive and there is no information on while you know that it was before than it was wiped. If hard drive does not work and malfunctioning it means that it is failing or has failed.
Ask an expert!
You tell us. If your Xbox has a small memory hard drive, just buy a hard drive. If your Xbox has broke, you need a new one but why not why a arcade edition. Your hard drive will fit in there.
You tell me stupid.... Just joking. You can remove the hard disk if the machine holding it breaks. Example: I am using my hard drive to save stuff and then it breaks. what do i do? remove the hard disk (with professional assistance of course).
Not unless they specifically tell you to.
If you mean physically - the computer is missing, or there is a space inside where the hard-drive once was.
