look to see were the green stuff is coming from lol check the hoses and the pump itself and don't forget to check the heater hoses and core 100% correct. All a mechanic would do is look for the wet spot or the place that has dried crusty antifreeze. Plan on climbing underneath and getting a little dirty. If it's leaking at the radiator don't just put in a can of radiator stop-leak. That stuff will just cause you problems in the long run. If the radiator leaks, take it out and have a reputable radiator repair shop look at it. If you have green/brown streaks from the water pump it will HAVE to be replaced.
If its the little "elbow" that comes out of the fire wall on the engine side then it means the heatercore is leaking. This is a drain hose for the ac and if the heater core leaks it drains thru this tube
It is not normal for antifreeze to be leaking out of a car. Period. At all, no matter what car or where it's leaking from. Try buying a new cap. If that doesn't help, call a mechanic.
1200 $ for a new head and instalation
Have you checked the power steering pressure line?
Honestly I think that Pontiac made the overflow reservoir too small. I have to add antifreeze to my GF's Grand Am once every couple months. If its a consistent problem where you're having to add antifreeze daily/weekly the car may be running too hot, and should probably be looked at by a mechanic.
heater core has a leak replace heater core

Find the leak and replace the hose/part that's leaking. It's a good time to flush your coolant system, too.
yes just make sure antifreeze level is topped off and you will make it just watch temp gauge.
Check under the hood for an obvious fuel leak. You might an injector leaking.
check where it's leaking. You could have blown a hose which is most likely unless sumeone took out the drain plug. Just look for where it is leaking and that will give you your answer
