∙ 12y agoThomas Becket fell out with The King (Henry ll) because Henry chose Thomas to be archbishop because he wanted all the church on his side but instead Tomas went to the the churchs side and forgot all about Henry.

∙ 12y agoAfter years of quarreling Thomas Becket and Henry II met in France. Henry asked Becket to serve him again and become the Archbishop of Canterbury. Becket this time agreed and sailed of to England to start his new job but he broke a promise to the King, he banished the baron and asked the Pope to punish the Archbishop of York.
