today, China's population is 1.4 billion; if there was no one child policy, the number would be 1.8 billion. Do you think China would become to a world power and build world's second largest economy with another 400 million people? Government couldn't even feed them.
China has NOT stopped it's one-child policy. It is still the law and is expected to stay in effect for years to come.
The One-Child Policy was set forth to control China's growing population. It was set to avoid social, economic and environmental issues in 1979. About 36% of China's population is subject to the policy and a 2008 survey says that 76% percent of the population of China support the policy. There are exemptions and areas that aren't subject to this policy. It is said to be the cause of China's gender imbalance, as girls are most often aborted and subject to infanticide. Although the policy is in order, there are many citizens who continue to bear more than one child.
Privy Council :)
this website sucks it made me do this.
A group of secretaries that helps the president make decisions and set government policy.
The Dawes Act.
A boom of overpopulation caused the government to set the one-child policy. This way population wouldn't be overbearing, but now it's gotten relaxed.

Depends on how your policy was set up. Some policies would not cover it because the garaging address for the vehicle is different than what is listed on your policy.
As A child myself, (age 12) I have mixed feelings about it. I understand how big the population is but still, you shouldn't kill a child if they come in a set of twins or more. They might do big things. To find out, you'll have to keep them. As for the population issue, how did it get so big in the first place?
Of course not. Child support orders are not figured according to the sex of he child. There is one set of child support guidelines in your state and it covers girls and boys equally.Of course not. Yes, if the policy goes into the child's name, they can claim it as soon as they reach the age of majority for the state they live in (usually between 16 an 18). However, often times the policy would go into someone elses name (guardian, grandparent, godparent as set up by the parent) and then they would be the only person who could access the cash/surrender value.
That question is worded to lead me to assume that there is a trust in place. The answer then is No. Also assuming two parents, one dies and there is a child of the two. The trust is for the benefit of the child and the trustee must only utilize the money in the child's best interest. This is set up so the owner (prior) of the life insurance policy could see to it that the proceeds of said policy are used only in the child's best interest. For instance, perhaps the child's mother would buy a life policy on herself and the husband is a total bum and would drink and gamble the money away rather than sending his child to college so she would set up the trust in order that her wishes can be controlled beyond the grave. Perhaps her parent is the trustee for the child's money because she knows her Mom or Dad can be trusted but the Bum of a husband can not. 4lifeguild.com
Policy set by federal government.
They usually pay fines. Except for state officials. They lose their job automatically.
The answer is yes to both of your questions.

This would have to be set forth in the court order.
