How do I do synchronize Windows Live calendar with Google calendar?

It really isn't that tough:
1. Go to your Windows Live calendar and select the "Share" button
2. Select the calendar you want to share
3. Select "Share this calendar" at the top
4. Under "Send people a view-only link to your calendar" select the "ICS: Import into another calendar application"
5. Copy the "webcal://xxxxxxxxx"
6. Hit the "OK" button
7. Open up your Gmail calendar
8. Under "Other calendars" hit the "Add button"
9. Hit "Add by URL"
10. Right click, and paste that "webcal://xxxxx" into the box
11. Hit the "Add Calendar" button
12. Start syncing!
