The easiest way to check your locks is to remove the door panel and access the switches. Pry open the switch and clean the contacts with a pencil eraser. Attempt to operate the switch by pressing down or wiggleing it slightly.
If the switch does not work then using a small guage wire that is bare at the ends and insulated in the center make a probe. You can jumper the connections to check if the switch is operating. If the window or door activates then your switch rocker is still fouled or bad and needs to be replaced.

The power window regulator is defective. It is a plastic tape that can be easily replaced.
To replace the passenger side mirror on a Chrysler Voyager you need to first remove the window trim. Next, disconnect the wires and unscrew the mirror from the door. Reverse directions to replace with new mirror.
I got mine at junk yard $5.00. Rear panel comes off.2 bolts hold in motor.There is a small clip where the arm bends that comes off.You can see where to plug it in.Easier to show how done than explain.
