How do you add a picture into a gif As in I have a gif and a picture how do i put that picture into the already made gif?

Gifs will not allow you to create additional layer or add images to the background layer, even if saved out as a different format, so what you will need to do is open up a new photoshop document and move the image into that. You can easily do that by:

1. zoom out of the picture until all edges of the canvas are visible.
2. Select the entire canvas using the Rectangular Marquee tool.
3. Select Copy from the Editmenu.
4. Select New from the Filemenu. Photoshop should have inserted the dimensions for the new canvas from the selection you made.
5. Select Paste from the Editmenu to paste the image back in.
6. You now have a new document with the same image that you can add layers or other images to.

This image can be saved out as a gif again, or you can save it out as a psd file to preserve your layers, or any other file format that isn't as restrictive as gifs if you wish.
