Whatever mode of contact you choose, the General Manager is probably not the

person to ask for a job. On the slim chance that you do actually get in touch

with the General Manager, and the even slimmer chance that he wants to have a

conversation with you, you should be prepared to make your full case ... how

you can be valuable to the hotel, what your special skills and experience are, and

maybe why you want to work there (although nobody's really interested in that).

might want to consider "paying your dues" for a while first . . . go to work at ANY

after a while, with a good work record and people in the company who will give

you a good recommendation, investigate the possibility of transferring to the

one where you'd really rather work.
