If so, then hint around at the subject of liking him and then when the time is right ask him, either send him a text or ask him face to face.

If he says no, then yeah it will hurt a little, but you can still be friends and maybe he could change his mind, or if you have a girlfriend that knows him, have her ask him for you if you can't get the nerve to do it

You dont. Many might think it is old fashioned but men are biologically made to pursue women. If he hasn't noticed you enough to come your way, your best bet is to wait until he initiates. The reason why women should not pursue men is that they may feel flattered by the attention but it will paralyze his innate desire to come after you. Let the guy act like a real man! Real men know what they want and go after it.
