The final battle of Astro Knights Island is against Mordred and his robot suit. When you have beaten the three planets, and have all three knights with you, travel to the Giant Asteroid near X-11 Y-80 and pull out the Golden Key.
Go to the bottom of the crystal gate and you'll see the Princess. Click on her. She will take the three mystical weapons, and then reveal that she's really Mordred. Then he'll disappear inside the castle. Click on the door. The puzzle takes some trying, but is solved by clicking on each card in the second row, the two cards in the middle on the third row, and all of the cards on the fourth row. Then, when you're done, go inside.
The princess will be inside a green force field and will say that Mordred is planning to marry her so he can be king. Then, as Merlin (the mechanical owl) you have to Dodge the spikey blades that the big robot (Mordred) throws at you. He will also throw bombs at the floor. You have to fly over to them and pick them up. Fly to the top of the robot and drop them when they blink red. You know that it worked when the green orb on top of the robot blinks red. Repeat this a second time, and Mordred will say "'Merlin! I've had enough of your meddling!" Then he will zap Merlin and come after you.
The princess will say "Jump up the robot to reach me!" Crouch down until the robot is on top of you, then carefully go between the sword arms and climb up it. Jump onto the stand where the princess is being held. Sometime in this process you will avoid a zap from Mordred.
Jump very far (in the lesser gravity) to a chandelier. The robot should go under the chandelier and shoot a laser at you. When he does the chandelier will fall on him instead. You must repeat this again on the opposite side. The robot should fall apart and Mordred will run to the green orb. The princess is free and will say "I don't think so," and go down to punch out Mordred. Then she'll talk about how the orb will restore the power to Arturus. You'll go back to the castle in Arturus and the king and queen will knight you, and you get the Island Medallion.
(This sequence does take practice, but after a few tries it gets much easier to win.)

Who is the boss of the ice planet on Astro Knights Island?
The main antagonist on the Ice Planet is the "Tigercopter" (looks like a white Pink Panther face on a helicopter). You beat it by bouncing back (only) the round snowballs at it, to hit the yellow windows three times. After each hit, it crashes and shoots at you.
