It's hard to change the fuel filter in the Kia Sedona as it's in the fuel tank! There's an access panel under the center left passenger seat (remove the seat then remove the access panel) that when opened reveals the top of the fuel tank where you can then gain access to where the filter assembly is down inside the tank. The filter seems to be a dealer only item. This design is a real pain.
The fuel filter is built into the fuel pump. Under the back seat, there is an access door allowing access to change the pump filter assembly.

To replace the AC filter in a 2006 Kia Sedona you have to remove the doorstops in the glove compartment, change the filter, and replace everything.

The AC Filter is known as a Cabin Air Filter in a 2006 Kia Sedona. You will have to remove the glove box, and take off the housing assembly cover. From ,there your will pull the air filter out and replace new.
There is no servicable transmission filter on the Sedona.

The 2006 Kia Sedona does not have a replaceable transmission filter. So you only have to replace fluid, never the filter.
