You use a volt meter set on amps and connect leads in series, disconnect negative battery cable and atach one lead to cable and the other to the battery post and read amp draw after 10 minutes it should have less than 70 ma
There has never been a drain plug for the Power steering. You will have to loosen a line or suck it out to empty it.
check power to fans,if power check fan sensor!!
Check power to window switch. Common cause. Check power to window motor. If none then check fuses/relays.
Check the fuses first
Check fuse and/or relay.
Check the battery connections.
Check the fuse
Check the catlytic converter for blockage
Check your power steering fluid.
Check your fuses.
The power steering pump has two lines attached to it. One line has a tube nut holding it to the power steering pump, the other has a hose clamp. Remove the line with the hose clamp and allow the fluid to drain.
At the power steering reservoir, the same place you check the level.
