You send a letter or an email to the A & R person (Artists & Repertoire) who makes the intitial decisions on who and what gets recorded and released.
Keep in mind, however, that many hundreds of "horrible" songs make many millions of dollars, because people like them. Record companies are not in the business of judging musical tastes or enforcing moral values, they are in the business of selling musical product.
In other words, your crusade is a waste of time - mostly your own - but truck on if it makes you feel good. At best you will receive a polite reply from the public relations person respecting your opinion - and, without actually saying it, wondering why you cannot respect the opinions of others.
