Can I connect two 2 ohm speakers to the front channels of my amp and then connect 2 4 ohm speakers to the rear channels of my 4 channel amp?

This depends on your amplifier's specifications. i would recommend looking in the amplifier's service manual to avoid disapointment or damage to your amplifier or speakers.

Will 2 16 ohm speakers work with a 4 ohm amplifier?

There is really no amplifier on the market which has an output impedance of 4 ohms. The impedance of an amplifier is always less than 0.5 ohms. We do not use matching, we use bridging when we connect the amplifier to the loudspeaker. Scroll down to related links and look at "Interconnection of two audio units".

Is it safe to connect a 4 speakers to a 4 ohm amp?

First, you must know: There is no 4 ohm amplifier. All audio amplifiers have an output impedance of smaller than 0.5 ohms. So you use impedance bridging. No problem to connect the 0.5 ohm output to your 4 ohm loudspeaker. Scroll down to related links and look at "Impedance bridging - Wikipedia".

How do you wire dvc 4 ohm sub to 4 ohm amp?

There is really no amplifier on the market which has an output impedance of 4 ohms. The impedance of an amplifier is always less than 0.5 ohms. We do not use matching, we use bridging when we connect the amplifier to the loudspeaker. Scroll down to related links and look at "Interconnection of two audio units".

What is the Difference between 4 ohm to 8 ohm output?

There is really no amplifier on the market which has an output impedance of 4 ohms or 8 ohms. The impedance of an amplifier is always less than 0.5 ohms. We do not use matching, we use bridging when we connect the amplifier to the loudspeaker. Scroll down to related links and look at "Interconnection of two audio units".

What happens if you connect 3 ohms impedance speakers to a 8 ohms impedancece amplifier?

Sorry, but there is really no amplifier on the market with 8 ohms output impedance. The output impedance of a power amplifier is always less than 0.5 ohms. We use no impedance matching. We use voltage bridging. Scroll down to related links and look at "Interconnection of two audio units - Power amplifier and passive loudspeaker".

How do you connect digital amplifier to digital amplifier?

You can look at the in and out connectors on the TV and the amplifier. You have choices that depend on the tv and amplifier, basic stereo, surround sound and tos-link. As you know in and out are connected and out and in are connected. Do not connect in and in to each other and do not connect out and out to each other.

How do you hook up Behringer mixer to Amplifier?

You connect the mixers main outputs to the inputs of the amplifier and the outputs of the amplifier to speakers

Can you connect an 8 ohm head to a 4 ohm cabinet?

Sorry, there is no 4 ohm amplifier in the world. It's a myth. A loudspeaker amplifier has an output impedance of less than 0.5 ohm. In hi-fi we have always impedance bridging. Zout << Zin. That means the output impedance of the amplifier is much less than the input impedance of the loud speaker. The damping factor Df = Zin / Zout tells you what Zout is. Zout = Zin/Df. If the damping factor Df = 200 and the loudspeaker impedance is Zin = 4 ohms, the output impedance of the amplifier is Zout = 4 / 200 = 0.02 ohms. You see, there is no "4 ohm amplifier" on the market with a 4 ohm output impedance. Scroll down to related links and look at "Voltage Bridging or impedance bridging - Zout < Zin".

How do you wire a sub in a Saturn sc?

Connect the sub woofer to the equalizer or amplifier. The positive wire will need to be connected to a power source. Connect the ground wire. Connect the auxiliary wire to the amplifier.

Do you install subwoofers to your car battery?
