The only experience I have from adding fog lights to a friend's car, is that the fog lights hook into the headlight low beam circuit. This is done so that the fog lights can only be used with low beams and there is no power to them on high beam.

Unscrew these bolts and then remove the indicator wiring then the bumper will come with the side trims and the plastice fendor under it. Then it is pretty obvious to do the rest.

Pull gently outwards on each side of the bumper to disengage then pull forward. If you have foglights installed you should disconnect the wiring from each one before pulling the bumper completely away from the car. Reverse process to install.
