The only experience I have from adding fog lights to a friend's car, is that the fog lights hook into the headlight low beam circuit. This is done so that the fog lights can only be used with low beams and there is no power to them on high beam.
Under passenger headlight behind front bumper.
In front at the left hand side. below the front bumper.
Support the bumper with a jack or jackstandWith an assistant supporting the bumper remove the bolts/nuts retaining the bumper to the frameRemove the inner bumper bracket mounting bolts and the push-in fastners securing the air deflector to the bottom of the bumper fasciaDisconnect any wiring harnesses that would interfere with bumper removal and detach the bumper

depending on year and model but is usually in right hand side of front bumper
its usually inside the grill or tucked under by the front bumper
The bumper is connected to the main body of vehicle with 4 bolts and square nuts (2 on each side left and right). These bolts are right in front of the front wheels. Unscrew these bolts and then remove the indicator wiring then the bumper will come with the side trims and the plastice fendor under it. Then it is pretty obvious to do the rest.
Remove all the screws underneath the front of the car that hold the plastic skirt on. Then remove the screws nearest the front of the car that are in the front wheel wells holding the plastic panels in. Lastly remove the bolts at the top of the bumper assembly near the headlights that hold the bumper snug to the front frame. Pull gently outwards on each side of the bumper to disengage then pull forward. If you have foglights installed you should disconnect the wiring from each one before pulling the bumper completely away from the car. Reverse process to install.
The rear bumper will not, the front bumper will with a bunch of modification including fender, core support , bumper brackets, lights, wiring harness and a hood with one from a 70-76 car. Save your self a lot of time and trouble unless you have time and a donor car.
its called light filler it covers the wiring to the back tailights same like a bumper filler that fills the space on the front bumper
It should be behind the front bumper, in the front part of front left bumper.
