Before having multiple OS be sure to partition your HDD first and put your OS to each partition. Start with the later one. For example if WNDOWS is installed and then Lnux came. Remove Linux first then WINDOWS.
Used the bootable option aslo check if you have partitioned and then installed the OS or not. Then follow the previous mentioned option.
Recommended Tool: GParted
Use GParted to modify to partitions on your hard drive.
Google GParted and use one of the methods so you can boot off of it.
Unix is one of the operating systems that split into two line only to merge again later. CP/M is another one of the operating systems as well.
The hard drive has to be partitioned into at least two drives. Each can be loaded with a separate bootable operating system.
Operating systems are used in caculators. Operating systems act as a layer between applications and the hardware allowing for smooth operations between the two.
Remove one of the OSs.
Dual booting is not restricted to Linux. Dual booting refers to the presence of two operating systems on one computer. Switch/choice between these operating systems is determined at boot time (either via bios or boot manager), therefore only one operating system is at use at a time.
