I have been in the sales for 2 years. When I started I was not the greatest sales person but slowly I learned the techniques to sale. Within six months I become really good, I can also challenge my old co-worker who has been there for more years than me. Now, company decided to transfer me and put in to the slow location. That store was not manking good sale. After I went our sales gained then previous years and my co-workers started doing better than what they use too. The only reason, I thought them easy techniques to sell. So, I guess if I stay with the company their is definitely a growth in business.
