You can't. It is programmed into your vehicle's PCM (Power Control Module) or "brain box" as they call it in the industry. About the only solution is to connect your seat belt and then sit on the seat. I've even heard of people cutting the connectors out of other vehicles and connecting them.
By wearing your seatbelt. If the alarm is going off when you have your seatbelt on, then take it back to the dealer. It is still under warranty. If you are trying to avoid wearing a seatbelt, then I for sure am not going to help you endanger your life. Seat-belts save lives, and that has been proven over and over again. Only a moron would think otherwise.
1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position and buckle the driver's seat belt.2. Turn the ignition key to the run position. Do not start the engine.3. Wait for the seatbelt lamp to go out.4. Unbuckle and buckle the seat 3 times within 10 seconds ending with the seatbelt buckled (be sure the seatbelt light cycles on/off while buckling).5. Turn the ignition key off and a single chime will be heard to confirm the programming.Go To shhding.com

The factory alarm can not be disabled, only repaired if malfunctioning.
poor milk in the seatbelt then grab a 9mm hand gun and shot the mfer!
You would have to be able to reprogram the engine computer.
The Easiest way would be to locate it under the dash panel and simply unplug it.
The orange and white wire on a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee near the driver's side door is probably a part of the seat belt sensor. If the driver is not wearing a seat belt when the car is driven, there is a chime that will sound. If this chime is not sounding, it was probably disconnected.
The fuse for the chime is used for other important features, so leave that. disconnecting the speaker is probably the best bet. There is a disable procedure, but I cant get it to work.- 1-turn key to accessory while buckled. 2-after seat-belt light turns of, unbuckle and re-buckle at least 3 times in 60sec. 3- turn key off. there should be a tone to assure you the procedure worked.
