It has no governor. Top Speed is computer controlled.
The top speed can be set via the buttons on the steering wheel, if play around with theswe you will come across the setting
It is computer controlled, but it cant be set in the instrument cluster with the steering wheel buttons.
The answer above is completely incorrect. Top speed is set by the PCM, you would need to flash the PCM and reprogram it.
